Join your fellow Columbians for Yoga in the Park led by Akshaya Vardhan, certified yoga instructor and Columbia SPS '17! Reconnect to the beauty and rhythm of nature as you practice yoga in nature and community. Breathe in the beauty of this city’s heart and soul, practice yoga under the sun, and let the grassy lawn sooth and invigorate you. This class expertly blends breathing and movement, strength and grace, imagination and form.  All levels of experience + all ages welcome. 60 minute session.  Bring along a mat, blanket/towel, water bottle, friend and a smile :) Location to be moved indoors if there is inclement weather.
