About this Event

Are you working from home and feel distracted by noise from your family, roommates, and/or pets? This meditation is for you. Any sound can be the object of focus in a mindfulness practice. Even the most annoying sounds can be perceived differently when we bring mindfulness to them. Relax, de-stress, and recharge with Megan Aronson, Co-Director of Health & Wellness, Columbia University Club of Northern California.

Speaker Bio: Megan Aronson, founder of Take Care Coaching, LLC, has been teaching mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) meditation for 10 years. She has a Master's in Health Education from Teachers College at Columbia University. She is also a Master Certified Health Education Specialist, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and Certified Professional Health & Wellness Coach.
