Columbia University Alums in NorCal  - come join fellow alums on June 15th, 2019 from 8 AM to 12 PM for a day of volunteering to support Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy at the Alcatraz Historic Gardens - one of Golden Gate National Recreation Area's most popular destinations.  We'll spend the morning working the gardens, enjoying the natural splendor and have the opportunity to experience Alcatraz more intimately before the island is open to public access.  This one-day group volunteer event was arranged with the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy. Commited volunteers only. There is a min/max attendance requirement for the Alcatraz projects of 5 – 15 volunteers.  Further details will be provided as we draw nearer to the day of the event.
